Rapid Response Training: Our team is trained quarterly for a Catastrophic response, we hold weekly online sessions to review relevant topics that affect the way we do business and current trends to constantly update and refine our proceedures to accommodate our clients' business needs.
Advanced Training: For estimating using platforms such as Xactimate to ensure the quality and accuracy of the reports with fast turnaround times. Our trainers and team members are certified up to all three levels in Xactimate.

We have mobile units that can be deployed immediately when a Catastrophic event occurs. Our mobile units will provide support to our adjuster teams as a central contact point. Each unit is equipped with Satellite services to phones and the internet to provide a direct link for the adjusters as well as the insurance company at any given time.
